Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items that are returned without prior authorisation.

Damages and Issues:

We strongly advise that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly and professionally.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as some supplements and poultices), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or sale items. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.


If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your payment app, bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at
