In 2010 Royal Kerckhaert introduced Liberty horseshoe nails, innovative, uncompromising horseshoe nails, designed and made by Kerckhaert, from start to finish.
Liberty horseshoe nails are a perfect fit in Royal Kerckhaert horseshoes and have many improvements compared to traditionally made horseshoe nails.
Liberty horseshoe nails are made to benefit the horse, farrier and horse owner. They are technically advanced and made from a durable steel core that easily lasts 8-10 weeks.
Mondial horseshoe nails are used and recognised by professional farriers all over the world.
All of the products are only launched after in-depth research, process controls and technical tests. Working with both farriers and veterinarians, the company ensures that both innovation and quality targets are met.

The measurements of Horseshoes are based on the length and width of a horse’s hoof. Measuring these lets you determine which size is the correct fit for your equine friend. Once you have done this, you can refer to the sizing chart on this Kerckhaert page to determine what size you need.

At Colesdale, we provide complimentary shipping within South Africa for all orders valued at R1500 or more.
Please note that the availability of stock determines the time it takes for dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within three to five business days when stock is available in-store, once payment is received. You will receive delivery timings and updates from the respective courier company.
Weekend & Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Certain products may have different lead times, this will be indicated on the confirmation of your order.
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time as promised, unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the specified time frame.
Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will provide you with tracking details so you can stay informed about the progress of your delivery.
We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items that are returned without prior authorisation.
