Payment Options

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):

You can make a payment through Electronic Funds Transfer, also known as EFT, by following these steps:

1. Log in to your online banking site and navigate to the payments section.
2. Make a direct payment into our bank account, using your Order Number as the payment reference.
3. Please send the proof of payment (POP) to orders@colesdale.co.za.
4. Kindly note that it may take up to two working days for funds transferred via EFT to clear in our bank account.
5. We require full payment to be received before we can ship any goods.
6. Please be aware that we automatically receive proof of payment notifications from Ozow, Payfast, WalletDoc and Payflex.

Our banking details will be available on your screen once you’ve placed your order.

WalletDoc

WalletDoc is a great payment gateway to pay for your Colesdale order online.

Follow these easy steps to pay with WalletDoc:

• On checkout, after filling in all your information, select WalletDoc as the payment method.
• WalletDoc accepts VISA, American Express, Diners Club International and Mastercard.
• When selecting WalletDoc, it will open a new screen, allowing you to choose between Debit/Credit Card and “Click to pay”
• When selecting card, it will ask you for your card details and once entered, you click the pay button.
• Please note most banks will ask for 3D verification.
• As soon as payment has gone through, you will be redirected back to our website and receive an email with a notification.

PayFast

PayFast is a widely recognized and secure payment method that offers various options and requires no app download. Follow these simple steps when using PayFast:

1. Choose PayFast as your payment method and proceed.
2. Select your preferred payment method from the options provided:
   • Credit & Cheque Card (Visa or Mastercard accepted)
   • Instant EFT (All major banks accepted)
   • Debit Card (Visa or Maestro accepted)
   • Masterpass
3. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

PayFlex

PayFlex is an interest-free payment plan available at checkout. To use PayFlex, follow these steps:

1. Select “PayFlex” as your payment option at checkout (available for orders up to R15,000).
2. Enter your details, including your name, email, cellphone number, and South African ID number.
3. Confirm your cellphone number by entering the one-time PIN sent to you via SMS.
4. PayFlex will perform an eligibility and credit check.
5. Make your first payment using any Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card.
6. Set your PayFlex password.
7. Once your first payment is made, we will begin processing your order, and you will receive an email confirming the estimated delivery or collection date.

Please Note: If you are not approved for a PayFlex account, you will be redirected back to the Checkout page to choose a different payment method to complete your order. Certain products may not be eligible for PayFlex payment. The product page will indicate if PayFlex is available as a payment method for that particular product.
